The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR, PERSONNEL, AND OVERHEAD

This is the basic professional service charge to each family whom we serve. It includes, but is not limited to: Personnel to respond to initial assistance for service, arrangement conference with family of authorized parties, securing vital information for necessary permits and documents, consultation for final disposition and/or funeral-memorial services, placement of obituary in the local paper(s), caring for the decedent, co-ordination with those providing necessary and specialized service or merchandise, full or partial administrative/clerical services, professional licensing, insurance, building and utility expenses, property maintenance, equipment, furnishings, inventory, and record keeping. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains).
EMBALMING

$300.00
Embalming is a chemical process which provides temporary preservation of the body and eliminates certain health hazards. A person licensed in the State of Oregon must complete this procedure. Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as immediate burial or direct cremation.

Note: Outer Burial Containers are subject to a delivery and set-up charge by the Vault Company. The fee varies with the cemetery chosen.
