1. One half payment of account, including all cash advance items, must be paid at time of arrangements. Balance due in 30 days.

2. Cash or Personal Check. (Third-party checks are not acceptable.)

3. Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover.)

4. We accept assignable insurance policies for face value only. These policies need to be in force and verified by the insurance company. (Policies under two years of age are generally contestable and may not be acceptable.)

5. All accounts, including those paid by insurance will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance or 18% APR.
